Site Administrator for SharePoint

SharePoint Site Administration and Usage Reporting

Proactive SharePoint management is critical to ensuring availability, security and compliance.

Site Administrator helps you to discover and understand the extent of your SharePoint through metrics, trends and user activity. You can establish security policies by managing all access and permissions to business-critical information, and ensure compliance by providing a consolidated report of all activities occurring across the entire environment.

Site Administrator for SharePoint saves time by letting you access enterprise reports on SharePoint on-premises and online (in Office 365) environments via a web interface, and even optimizes IT’s time by issuing global policy configurations to all on-premises servers and sites.

  • Powerful Discovery – Better understand your SharePoint environment by identifying all SharePoint servers and sites across your network – even those you don’t have access to – using the powerful auto-discovery wizard
  • Prepare Before You Migrate – Quickly discover the extent of your migration project before you start, as well as prioritize your migration process to reduce the costs and hassles associated to migrating
  • One-Stop Management – Save time by centrally managing, reporting, and restructuring content and permissions across your SharePoint environment with a single interface
  • SharePoint Online Reporting – Ensure you are properly leveraging your investment in Office 365 by centrally monitoring user licenses and storage distribution across your SharePoint online environment
  • Simple Security – Protect your valuable SharePoint content by managing and monitoring the users who have access to that content.
  • Access Your Way – Empower content owners to access, schedule and export reports as well as manage permissions on the content they own.
  • Analyze and Act – Immediately report on user and site permissions and then take action within the same screen in order to make the most of your SharePoint reporting
